Before accessing any of the section in the Forums you must agree to the following rules agreement.

Links to online Mp3/Movies/Videos or any Media Content we put in here of any language malayalam/hindi/tamil ( if any ) is only for Streaming and Evaluation purposes , you are not supposed to download or store them in your computer or should not distribute it by any means. If ever you downloaded the content you should delete it from your PC within 24 hours of downloading.

2. The creator of IndianMovies or the ISP(s) hosting any content of this site take NO Responsibility for the way you use the information provided in this site.Mp3 links/Movies/Videos/streams or anything else on this forum are for private purposes only and SHOULD NOT BE DOWNLOADED OR VIEWED WHATSOEVER and mind that the music files hosted in the webspace of IndianMovies has the facility to stream the mp3 files and other links are not hosted in IndianMovies webspace.! If you are affiliated with any government, or ANTI-Piracy group or any other related group or were formally a worker of one you are not ENTERTAINED to enter this website, should ot access any of its files and you should not view any of the files,threads,posts or forum sections. All the objects on this site are PRIVATE property and are not meant for viewing or any other purposes other then bandwidth space. If you enter this site you are not agreeing to these terms and you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act which means that you CANNOT threaten our ISP(s) or any person's or company storing these files, cannot prosecute any person's affiliated with this page which includes family, friends or individuals who run or enter this web site.

3. Your membership details given to you must be kept in personal, and Mp3/Movies/Videos links should not be posted in any site or discussion board.If anyone found doing such an action their membership will be terminated without no notice and users will be banned from IndianMovies permanently, so if people wish to promote our site ask them to visit IndianMovies personally

A last word from the IndianMovies team,promote malayalam/hindi/tamil film industry by buying the original copy of the music/movie as these links can never replace the original Audio CD/Video CD/DVD copy.
